Pano modem flashing green means it's not in sync. Solid white is Good To Go, but flashing green means it's not syncing up. Good grief, I researched the TG1682, TG2472, TM3402, CGM4141, CGM4331 and "flashing green" is what I wrote. Majority of the time, if the panoramic modem continues to flash green and never turning white then it's an issue with the TX, return signal. That would require a technician to get involved unfortunately as only they can verify the issue and submit a ticket to plant techs. I honestly have no idea what that means.
